I am a design leader with over seven years of experience specializing in service design, strategic forecasting, and design strategy. I hold an M.F.A in Design Management and an M.A in Design for Sustainability.

I am driven by deep curiosity for people and their needs, using design research to uncover insights that inform meaningful solutions. I enjoy facilitating workshops with business partners, helping teams align on key challenges, uncover opportunities, and make strategic, research-driven decisions.

I have worked across diverse sectors, collaborating with organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Amazon, Lowe’s, Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, 3M, SAP, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Medtronic. My experience spans four countries, including the United States, France, India, and Colombia, enriching my global perspective and ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural challenges.
