Paula is a designer, systems thinker & researcher with an interdisciplinary background in Industrial Design. She holds an M.F.A in Design Management and an M.A in Design for Sustainability
She had worked with a range of sectors and clients including, Amazon, Lowe’s, Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, 3M, SAP, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Organization of American States, Medtronic, among others.
Paula is passionate about communicating complex data and creative facilitation. She has experience applying design research methodology and methods following the design thinking process. She enjoys bringing insights to the surface and translating findings into actionable items.
In the past years, she had worked in 4 countries, including the United States, France, India, and Colombia. The cross-cultural experience has helped her to strengthen her skills and competences in global markets.
